The type of employment are;
- Permanent or fixed-term employees
- Casual employees
- Apprentices or trainees – employees
- Employment agency staff – also called labour hire
- Contractors and sub-contractors – hired staff.
Before going further, we have to define employment.
Therefore, Employment can be defined as the relationship between two parties (employer & Employee), with a mutual agreement (contract), stipulating how job & services is being paid for where work is paid for.
